We know that applying your makeup takes time, and what is more annoying sometimes, is taking it off before going to bed. I know myself that washing your face with soap is not the best solution, especially as still half of your makeup will not be gone anyway. And let’s not forget that most of your makeup such as black pencil or mascara will simply spread all over your face. I have come to conclusion that makeup remover solutions are the best ones, but that doesn’t mean that you should be attracted only by famous brand or high prices. In my opinion the best makeup removers are the ones that are all natural and doesn’t irritate your skin. And that’s how I learned that you can now make your own makeup remover solution with all natural products that have no bad effect on your skin and even make it smooth and nice. All you will need to prepare it are: aloe vera water, extra virgin olive oil, a re-sealable bottle, and cotton pads or balls, whatever you have access to.

How to prepare it? Mix together aloe vera water and extra virgin oil in the re-sealable bottle and make sure to shake it good before any use. You will see that oil will float above the water that’s is recommended to shake it good before each application. Apply few drops on the cotton pads and then gently remove the makeup off your face. This is an inexpensive and effective way to remove your makeup without making your skin irritated. Christmas Tree Nails for This Christmas

Only a few days until Christmas, so I thought to share with you all a beautiful nail design which you can create exclusively for Christmas. The spirit of Christmas gathers everyone no matter the religion. Even people that are not Christian enjoy the beauty a Christmas tree holds, the people shopping, the family getting together and so on. I love Christmas myself and although we don’t celebrate it much in my family, I still feel good with myself when I put a small tree in the room, when I wear a red dress/top on Christmas day, or when I create nail design that hold the Christmas symbol; the decorated tree.

For this nail design you will need three nail polish: beige (or light grey), green and sparkly green (glitter), and of course tape. Start by applying a full coat of beige nail polish in all of your nails and let it dry. After it totally dries, add the tape such as the picture tutorial below indicates (to create kind of a triangle, the shape of the Christmas tree). After you safely secure the tape, apply green nail polish inside it (look at the tutorial). Let it dry very well before adding the sparkly green nail polish. If you don’t let it dry before applying it, its going to take way too long for your nails to ever get dry because applying one coat after another will ruin your nails. After it gets dry, add the sparkly nail polish on top and then with the help of a stick or anything you find useful, add the small start on top of the tree. How to Clean Your Silver Jewelry Using this Method

I believe we all have silver jewelry we use daily and some other more we may have forgotten we have them. Today while searching for something in my room, I came across with a small box of silver jewelry I hadn’t use for a few months and it really sadden me because they had gotten dirty and black in some parts, the shine was gone. And it was then when I came across with some awesome tips that I used to get my shinny silver jewelry back. Below you will find the best secret on how to make your silver jewelry shine and glow.
In a bowl (the size of the bowl depends on how many silver jewelry you want to clean) heat some water until it gets really hot. Carefully cover the bowl with tinfoil and then add salt and baking soda at the bottom of the bowl. Slowly add vinegar and mix all the ingredients well by using a spoon so you don’t burn yourself.
Place your silver jewelry in it and wait for a few minutes for the chemical reaction to do its job.
If you see that the silver jewelry is whitening more in one side, then you can flip them over (like a burger) so its all good and clean in both sides.
Carefully get the jewelery out of the bowl and with a clean towel dry them out. You will see that your silver jewelry will be shining like never before.

Water Marble Nail Tutorial

 

 Marbling is a way of designing your nails and it has been around for awhile now but not everyone is aware of how big this invention has been in the world of nails and beauty. This design I am going to show you is really unique and it consist of only two nail polish, black and white. The classic colour combination of black and white is now back stronger than ever. The trick of marble nails stands on the constant temperature of your room. You want to make sure your room temperature is constant before start creating the design. Start by applying a coat of white nail polish all over your nails; and then in a small glass filled with water (medium temperature) drip black and white polish carefully such as the picture tutorial indicates below.

After adding the manicure drops, with a tooth stick start dragging designs (such as below, or any other design you like). Dip your finger in and with the help of the tooth stick clean the area around your nail and then carefully take your finger out of the water.

Clean around the nail using polish remover and cotton. Then with add a few white dots to give the design a bit more beauty and then apply top coat. Easy as it can be! You can do this design with all different manicure colours but I chosen black and white because it is really appealing. Enjoy!

Lace Up Nail Tutorial

Nail design lovers has taken nail art in another dimension! Today we are going to show you all how to create the beautiful sportive lace up nail design. Not only this design is unique and awesome, but full of colours and easy to create. This nail design is inspired by the lace up sportive shoes and it suits perfectly to everyone that wants to create a lovely special nail design.

For this nail design you will need different colour manicures (like the ones in the picture but you can add your own colours if you like). Start by applying a full coat of manicure such as shown in the picture tutorial. Then paint the tip of your nails in white (kind of a white manicure); and then with a thick brush and black manicure, create two vertical lines such as shown below. With the same thick brush, or take a new/clean one, create the zig-zag design (same as the lace of your shoes). With the black manicure create kind of half circle line the end of your nails such as indicated. And there it is! This is a beautiful design that as you can see it takes only a few minutes.

Light Elegance Colour Gel Disco Tiger

 

Recently I wrote an article about tiger prints nail design and based on the success it had and how good you all welcomed it, I decided to create a new nail design but this time on gel disco tiger.

Before you apply any nail design, make sure to give your nails the right shape. I like mines round and smooth. Take two manicures, one black and one glitter grey such as shown below. Paint your nails in three striped pattern; black on the ides and glitter grey in the middle. After you paint them, let them dry for a bit before create the tiger patterns (the horizontal lines). You will need transparent gel to create this design. I don’t have a gel but I look forward to buying on soon so I can create this design. If you are a fan of nail art, then you should definitely have a transparent gel on your nail kit products. Not only it makes your nail design last longer, but also it creates a beautiful and full look to your nails.

Apply the gel on top and let it wait for a few minutes; Easy as that! This is an unique design you can create yourself but you can take this picture and show it to the pro at your favourite beauty saloon and ask them to create this design for you. Heart Nail Design Tutorial

 

Today I am very exciting to bring to you all one of the easiest and gorgeous nail designs in the history! Heart shapes are not only girly and romantic but unique and amazing as well.
For this easy nail tutorial you will need a small brush (to paint the nails), a pink pastel nail polish and a black one.
Start by applying a full coat of pink pastel nail polish all over your nails and let it dry for a few minutes.

Then using a thick brush, make a triangle figure such as shown in the picture number two and three.
After doing that look at the picture number three and four on how to finish the heart shape and carefully based on the picture number five, give your heart the right shape. Now is time to fill the corners such as shown in the picture number seven and eight.

Make sure not to ruin the heart shape you firstly painted while filling in the corners. One simple wrong line and the whole design its ruined. Make sure to let each nail totally dry before painting the other one so it wont be ruined. Or if you need help, ask your sister/friends to help you create this design and then you help them have the same design on their nails.
Enjoy making this super easy awesome nail design. You can do this nail design with different colour combination but I have chosen pink pastel and black because are two very contrasting colours that make your nails look awesome!

Rainbow Nail Tutorial

 

 I love rainbows and the romantic, beautiful sensation it give me when I look at one. They say after the rain comes the rainbow and after every difficult life situation is going to be light and happiness and that positive spirit was what motivated me into creating this beautiful rainbow nail tutorial. For making this nail design you will need: a sponge, different colour manicures (here I have chosen pink, purple, and paste purple), and a small size brush.

Cut the sponge into the nail size and paint three layers of manicures there such as shown in the picture below. Carefully add the sponge on the nail and move it slowly so you don’t ruin the layer. Let it dry and then apply a coat of transparent manicure to give the nail the shine and strength that it needs. I love this nail design because it is super easy and looks absolutely awesome.

Liquid Sand Nail Tutorial

 

The sand nails have gotten even more popular as days get colder and that is because the sand nails are perfect for this season! Nothing like gorgeous sand nails can make your hands look stunning on a cold December day. Maybe you might think it is hard to create them by yourself but the truth is that is not! I will show you today How to easily create the sand nails in only three 3 steps.

Start by shaping and buffing your nails carefully so you give your nails the best shape. You will need a black nail polish and nail sand (you can find it at beauty shop) or you can either apply glitter, whatever you have access to. Carefully apply a coat of black nail polish on your first nail and then dip your nail in the cup of nail sand and then carefully take it out and let it dry. Do this procedure with all your nails one by one. It is recommended you do it one by one so the manicure will not dry before you dip your finger in the nail sand, as by doing so the nail sand will not stick to the manicure. This is the hottest trend of nail designs and you should definitely give it a go!

You can apply this design in all different nail colours you like. Although I am a big fan of dark manicures, some women like bright colours and that is fine, whatever you like and makes you feel better. Enjoy making this design it only takes few minutes and look gorgeous!

Eyelash Curler Make-up Trick

 

The first lash curler was invented by William McDonell back in 1931. Although it was invented many years, women only lately have realised the importance of it. Lash curler is the best instrument you can use to make your eyes look bigger and sexier. But what you probably didn’t knew is that the lash curler has many more uses than just curling your lashes.

Today I will show you how to use a curler not only to curl the lashes but to apply eyeliner as well. By holding the lash curler by the end of your eyelid such as shown in the first picture, you can create the winged eyeliner very easily. Many women have the mistake of applying the eyeshadow too close on the eyebrows but by holding the lash curler such as the second picture shows, you will have it easier on knowing where the limit of applying the eyeshadow should be. Apply black eyeliner, black mascara and carefully hold the lash curler such as the picture tutorial indicates. This is a very easy and effective way on applying eyeshadow as well as making your eyes look wide open.
